Tinikling is a traditional Filipino dance inspired by the swift tikling bird. Dancers step in and out of moving bamboo poles with speed and precision, creating a rhythmic and visually engaging performance.

The dance remains popular not only in the Philippines but also among younger Filipino diaspora communities across the UK, helping preserve and celebrate cultural traditions.

Creative Hearts United has supported students on previous occasions as well. It has also worked with a group from Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College in Leeds, providing a variety of support, including rehearsals, dance props, and artistic guidance.

Through initiatives like these, the charity promotes Philippine art, culture, and heritage to wider British audiences while inspiring the next generation.
