Little Miss Leeds 2014

01 June 2014, St Chad’s Parish Centre. In the heart of Leeds’ Filipino community, dreams took centre stage on 1 June 2014, during the “Little Miss Leeds 2014” pageant organised by the now defunct Filipino Leeds Association (FLA) at St Chad’s Parish Centre.

“Little Miss Leeds” was more than just a pageant; it was a platform for young Filipino girls to showcase their talents, intelligence, and inner beauty. Future co-founders of Creative Hearts United were part of the event committee, they saw the potential to empower these young stars. With unwavering dedication, they helped coordinate the event, mentored the participants, and ensured its success. On that memorable night, the contestants dazzled the audience with their talents and cultural pride.

“Little Miss Leeds 2014” left a lasting legacy of empowerment and cultural celebration within the Leeds Filipino community, it became a stepping stone for these young girls to pursue their dreams and embrace their heritage.
