Ms. Joeace Kristine Ang-Siao Crowned Grand Winner of the 2025 Asian Global UK Pageant

London, 25 October 2025. The Filipino community in Yorkshire celebrates a remarkable achievement as Ms. Joeace Kristine Ang-Siao was crowned Grand Prize Winner of the 2025 Asian Global UK at the prestigious coronation night held at the Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre, Gloucester, London.

Ms. Ang-Siao’s victory marks a moment of pride and inspiration not only for Yorkshire Filipinos but also for the broader Filipino diaspora in the UK. Her grace, intelligence, and dedication shone through every stage of the competition, embodying the strength and spirit of the modern Filipina.

Representing Yorkshire with Pride

Ms. Ang-Siao was first approached by the Yorkshire Filipino Group (YFG) in March 2025 to represent the Filipino community in Yorkshire. With poise and passion, she embraced the challenge, carrying the pride of her community onto the national stage.

Her journey to the crown was made possible through the strong support of Creative Hearts United, which proudly sponsored and facilitated her sea-life–themed cultural costume—a stunning creation that symbolised harmony between nature and Filipino artistry.

A Community Effort Behind the Crown

Behind Ms. Ang-Siao’s success was a community united in support. Ms. Malou Cortez played a vital role by generously opening the doors of her Neolife Health System Ltd. office to host a fundraising Good Luck Party, helping to cover essential costs and rally encouragement from friends and supporters.

In preparation for the pageant, Ms. Ang-Siao also participated in a professional photoshoot by Chu Media, captured by Raeanne Chu, which beautifully showcased her confidence and elegance. She further honed her stage presence through a catwalk rehearsal led by Lovely Mae, ensuring she was fully prepared to shine on the coronation night.

Ms. Ang-Siao follows in the footsteps of Ms. Gigie Fletcher, who proudly represented the Filipino community in Yorkshire at the 2023 Asian Global UK pageant, to win the Miss Tourism title of that year. Together, their achievements highlight the growing presence and influence of Filipino women in the UK, celebrating not only beauty but also cultural pride, advocacy, and empowerment.
