At the heart of Creative Hearts United’s journey is a simple truth captured beautifully by Pauline Tinsley, Chairperson of the Cheshire East Filipino Community:
“Alam namin na mula pa noong Enero, pinagplanuhan at pinaghirapan ninyo ito, countless rehearsals, late nights, and unwavering dedication, all so that you could share a piece of home with us. Wala kayong hinihinging kapalit. Ang tanging dala ninyo ay ang puso at pagmamahal sa ating kultura.
(We know that since January, you have planned and worked hard on this, countless rehearsals, late nights, and unwavering dedication, all so that you could share a piece of home with us. You ask for nothing in return. The only thing you bring is your heart and your love for our culture.)”
Her words reflect exactly who we are and why we do what we do.
Over the past few years, Creative Hearts United has performed in four major cultural festivals before thousands of spectators, engaged more than 50 young people and adults in our cultural art projects, supported various community groups in bringing their creative visions to life, received awards, and raised over £10,000 to promote Philippine art, culture, and heritage.

But beyond the festivals, numbers, and recognition, what truly defines us is dedication without expectation, countless rehearsals, late nights, volunteers giving their time freely, and young people rediscovering pride in their roots. We share culture not for applause, but to share a piece of home.

And the journey continues. This year, we are proud to support the Barrio Fiesta sa Cheshire East on 25 July 2026 at Crewe Park, bringing once again our heart and love for Filipino culture to the community.
We ask for nothing in return. What we bring is our heart—and our pagmamahal sa ating kultura.
