On 1 June 2024, the vibrant sounds and colours of the Philippines filled Ladyhill Park in Allerton, Bradford, as the Bradford Barrio Fiesta came to life. This annual event, which celebrates Philippine arts and cultural heritage, was a resounding success, the Yorkshire Filipino Group (YFG) and Creative Hearts United are proud to be part of this cultural festival.
One of the highlights of the cultural show was the YFG Cultural Dance Troupe’s stunning performance. They captivated the audience with their unique blend of traditional and contemporary Philippine dances, showcasing the rich and diverse cultural tapestry of the Philippines. The event was meticulously organised by the Filipino Community Bradford and Paladin Entertainment UK, led by the dedicated Nina Ricci Butor and Janice Minoza.
